কথা বলার স্বাধীনতার আন্তর্জাতিক মাত্রা

Universal Declaration of Human Right বা UDHR Article নং ১৯ দ্বারা মানুষের কথা বলার স্বাধীনতা প্রদান করা হয়েছে যা International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights বা ICCPR দ্বারা স্বীকৃত । পরবর্তিতে এই ১৯ নং ধারা টি ICCPR দ্বারা আরো সুবিন্যাস্ত করার জন্য সংশোধন করে বলা হয়, "special duties and responsibilities" and may "therefore be subject to certain restrictions" when necessary "[f]or respect of the rights or reputation of others" or "[f]or the protection of national security or of public order (order public), or of public health or morals".

এই সংশোধন করে যা আইন করা হয়েছে তার মূল কথা হচ্ছে জনগনের নৈতিক মূল্যবোধকে আঘাত দেওয়া যাবে না।

বাংলাদেশে ধর্ম বিদ্বেষীরা আন্তর্জাতিক এই মানবাধিকার টি লংঘন করে চলেছেন যা শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ।

১। Hate speech দ্বারা একজনের ধর্মীয় অনুভুতিকে আঘাত দেওয়া যাবে না।

২ Fighting word। Freedom of speech এ এই Fighting words করা আইনত দন্ডনীয় ।

আমেরিকাতেও এটি দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ । The fighting words doctrine, in United States constitutional law, is a limitation to freedom of speech as protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

In 1942, the U.S. Supreme Court established the doctrine by a 9–0 decision in Chaplinsky v. New Hampshire. It held that "insulting or 'fighting words', those that by their very utterance inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace" are among the "well-defined and narrowly limited classes of speech the prevention and punishment of [which] … have never been thought to raise any constitutional problem."

এটি হচ্ছে আপনি এমন কথা যা বলে কোন জনগোষ্ঠির মনে কষ্ট হতে পারে তা করা যাবে না।

৩) Libel. Defamation of Dead Person. Injury to Reputations of Surviving Relatives তথা কোন মৃত ব্যক্তিকে তার আত্মীয়গন যার ফলে অপদস্থ হয় এমন কোন কথা বলা যাবে না। সে ক্ষেত্রে কোন মৃত ধর্ম গুরুকে অপদস্থ করা যাবে না।
